Delivery Times
Your order will be delivered promptly. Please note that the specified delivery times are valid exclusively for deliveries within Estonia.
- General Delivery Time: Usually 2–3 business days from the moment the order is placed.
- For Omniva and SmartPOST Parcel Lockers:
- If the order is placed before 14:00 on a business day — delivery is made on the next business day.
- If the order is placed after 14:00 — delivery is made one business day later.
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost is fixed and will be automatically calculated and displayed in your cart when you place your order. You will always know the total amount in advance.
Order Collection Details
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification about its movement. As soon as the parcel arrives at the selected parcel locker, you will receive all necessary instructions.
1. Delivery to Omniva Parcel Locker
- Notification: Upon arrival of the order at the Omniva parcel locker, you will receive an SMS message and an email. They will contain the exact address of the parcel locker, its operating hours, and your personal code to open the compartment.
- Parcel Collection: Enter the received code on the parcel locker's touchscreen (if necessary, pay for the order with a bank card). The door will open, and you can collect your parcel.
- Free Storage: Parcels are stored in Omniva parcel lockers free of charge for 7 calendar days from the moment the notification is sent.
- What if not collected? After 7 days, uncollected parcels are returned to Teemaailm. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.
- Order Cancellation: If it's not possible to arrange redelivery or establish contact, the order will be cancelled. The paid amount will be refunded to your bank account, minus the incurred postal service fees.
2. Delivery to SmartPOST Parcel Locker
- Notification: As soon as your order arrives at the selected SmartPOST parcel locker, you will receive an SMS message and an email. The notification will contain the parcel locker's address, its operating hours, and your personal code to open the compartment.
- Parcel Collection: To collect your parcel, simply enter the code on the parcel locker's touchscreen (if necessary, pay for the order with a card). The door will open.
- Free Storage: Parcels are stored in SmartPOST parcel lockers free of charge for 7 calendar days from the moment notifications are sent.
- Reminders: For your convenience, 2 additional SMS reminders will be sent regarding uncollected parcels.
- Order Cancellation: If the parcel is not collected within 7 calendar days, the order will be cancelled. The paid amount will be refunded to your bank account, minus the cost of postal services.
