Return Policy

We strive to make your shopping experience at Teemaailm as comfortable and secure as possible. Below are the terms under which you can cancel an order, return an item, or report a problem.

1. Your Right to Withdraw (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel an order and return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of their receipt.

2. Conditions for Returning Goods

For a successful refund, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Important Exception (Food Products): In accordance with legislation and for health and hygiene reasons, tea, coffee, and other food products are not eligible for return if their packaging has been opened or damaged after delivery. We can only accept such items for return if the packaging remains sealed and undamaged.

If a returned item (not a food product) has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to ascertain its properties, Teemaailm reserves the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount corresponding to the reduction in the item's value.

3. Defective or Incorrect Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at teepoodnarva@gmail.com.

  • In this case, Teemaailm will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We will offer you a full refund or a replacement item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To cancel an order, please send us a free-form statement via email to teepoodnarva@gmail.com. In the email, please include:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return (optional).
  • Bank account number and account holder's name for the refund.

5. Return Shipping

After submitting your statement, you must return the goods to us no later than within 14 calendar days. Return Address: Teemaailm Tallinna mnt 41 Narva, Estonia (please specify postal code, if applicable)

Shipping Costs:

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (right of withdrawal): the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • If the item is defective or a store error occurred: the costs are borne by the store.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

The refund will be processed to your bank account promptly, but no later than 14 calendar days from the moment we receive your statement of withdrawal (provided we have received the item back or proof of its dispatch).

If the return is approved, we will refund the full cost of the items, including the original shipping cost (standard rate).
