Interesting fact: Europeans first learned about rooibos in the 18th century thanks to botanist Carl Peter Thunberg, who described its use by the indigenous people. To unlock the full spectrum of your tea's taste and aroma, follow these simple recommendations:

• Water: Use fresh, filtered water. Bring it to a boil (100°C) 🌡️.
• Proportions: For 200 ml of water, take 1 teaspoon (2-3 g) of tea 🥄.
• Brewing: Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. For a richer taste, you can increase the steeping time. ✨
