How to brew Ginseng Oolong using the Gongfu Cha method

🍵 Use a gaiwan or a small clay teapot with a volume of 100-150 ml.
🌡️ Water temperature: 90-95°C.
⚖️ Amount of tea leaves: 5-7 grams per 100 ml of water.
💧 First infusion (awakening): Pour water and immediately discard. This helps to open up the tea leaves.
⏱️ Subsequent infusions:
- 1st-3rd infusion: 10-15 seconds.
- 4th-6th infusion: 20-30 seconds.
- 7th and beyond: increase brewing time by 10-15 seconds with each subsequent infusion.
