  • 🏺 Use a gaiwan or a small clay teapot.
  • 🔥 Heat water to 95-100°C.
  • ⚖️ Use 5-7 grams of tea per 100-150 ml of water.
  • First rinse (awakening): Pour hot water over the tea and immediately (5-10 seconds) pour it out. This awakens and cleanses the tea leaves.
  • First infusion: Steep for 10-15 seconds.
