The Ideal Way to Brew Ivan Chai
- Heat water to 90-95°C (do not bring to a rolling boil). 🌡️
- Take 1 teaspoon of granulated Ivan Chai per 200 ml of water.
- Add the tea to a preheated teapot.
- Pour hot water and let steep for 5-7 minutes. ⏳
