🍵 Teaware: Use a gaiwan or a porous clay teapot (Yixing clay) with a volume of 100-150 ml.
🌡️ Water Temperature: 90-95°C.
⚖️ Tea Quantity: 5-7 grams per 100 ml of water.
💧 Rinsing: Discard the first infusion (about 5-10 seconds); it “awakens” the tea leaves.
⏳ Subsequent Infusions: Start with 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the steeping time by 5-10 seconds with each new infusion. Gaba Alishan can withstand 7-10 infusions.
