🍵Utensils: Use a small teapot (Yixing) or gaiwan to enjoy the tea’s unfolding with each infusion.
🌡️Water: Heat water to 95-100°C. Pu-erh loves hot water!
⚖️Quantity: Approximately 5-7 grams of tea leaves per 100-150 ml of water.
