🔥 Water Temperature: Use fresh, purified water, heated to 95-100°C.
🌿 Rinsing the Tea: Before the main brewing, rinse the tea with hot water (5-10 seconds) and discard it. This will “awaken” the leaves and cleanse them.
⏳ First Infusion: Pour water over the tea and steep for 15-20 seconds.
🔄 Subsequent Infusions: Increase steeping time by 5-10 seconds with each subsequent infusion. Quality Pu-erh can withstand up to 5-7 infusions!
