🍵 Teaware: Use a gaiwan or Yixing clay teapot.
🌡️ Water temperature: 95-100°C.
⚖️ Tea quantity: 5-7 grams per 100-150 ml of water.
⏱️ First infusion (rinse): Rinse the leaves for 5-10 seconds and discard the water; this “awakens” the tea.
⏳ Subsequent infusions: Start with 10-20 seconds, gradually increasing the steeping time by 5-10 seconds with each infusion.
