🍵 Utensils: Use a gaiwan or a small clay teapot (100-150 ml).
🌡️ Temperature: Water 95-100°C.
⚖️ Brewing: 5-7 grams of tea per 100-150 ml of water.
⏳ Awakening rinse: Quickly rinse the tea with hot water (3-5 seconds), then immediately discard.
⏱️ Subsequent infusions: Start with 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds with each new infusion. Withstands up to 5-7 infusions.
