White Tea Silver Needles originates from the mountainous areas of China’s Fujian province, where nature creates ideal conditions for tea cultivation. The dense fogs that cover the mountain slopes in the mornings and the fertile, mineral-rich soil give the tea bushes exceptional vitality. It is in these conditions that the tea buds, intended for making this rare tea, mature. 🍵 Utensils: Use a porcelain gaiwan’i or a small clay teapot, which helps to bring out the delicate flavors of the tea.
🌡️ Water temperature: Let the water cool to 80-85°C. Water that is too hot can spoil the tea’s delicate notes.
⚖️ Tea quantity: Use about 5-7 grams of tea leaves per 100-150 ml of water.
