The History of Coffee: Discovery and Spread
Coffee, as a beverage, has a rich history rooted in the ancient lands of Ethiopia. It was there, according to legend, that the shepherd Kaldi noticed his goats becoming unusually energetic after eating red berries from an unknown tree. This led to the discovery of coffee beans’ invigorating properties.
Interesting fact: Originally, coffee was not consumed as a drink, but the beans were ground, mixed with animal fat, and formed into nutritious balls that provided energy to warriors.

- 🌡️ Use freshly ground coffee. For 100g of beans, we recommend a medium grind.

- ☕️ For each cup (180 ml), use 18-20 grams of coffee.
- ⏳ Brew in a French press for 4 minutes or in a pour-over for 2-3 minutes.
- ✨ Enjoy!
