- 🍵 Prepare a gaiwan or a small clay teapot (about 100-150 ml).
- ⚖️ Use 5-7 grams of tea leaves.
- 🌡️ Heat water to 95-100°C.
- 💧 For the first “awakening” rinse, pour water over the tea leaves and immediately (within 5-10 seconds) pour it out. This cleans the leaves and prepares them.
- ⏳ First true brew: let the tea steep for 10-15 seconds.
- 🔄 Subsequent brews: extend the steeping time by 5-10 seconds each time. This Pu-erh can withstand numerous brews, offering new flavor nuances each time.
- ☕ Enjoy!
