  • 🍵 Use the Gong Fu Cha method with a gaiwan or a small clay teapot.
  • ⚖️ Use 7g of tea (one square) per 100-150 ml of water.
  • 🌡️ Heat water to 95-100°C.
  • 💧 First infusion (rinse): pour water over and immediately pour out (5-10 seconds). This awakens the tea.
  • ⏳ Subsequent infusions: start with 10-15 seconds and extend each subsequent infusion time by 5-10 seconds.
