- ⚖️ Use 7g of tea (one square) per 100-150 ml of water.

- 💧 First infusion (rinse): pour water over and immediately pour out (5-10 seconds). This awakens the tea.
- ⏳ Subsequent infusions: start with 10-15 seconds and extend each subsequent infusion time by 5-10 seconds.
