The humid climate and fertile soils create ideal conditions for the growth of tea bushes, whose leaves absorb all the freshness and energy of nature. Legend has it that once on such a plantation, after an unusually dense fog, the tea leaves acquired an amazing milky aroma, which has since become its hallmark. This is a place where every leaf holds the secrets of millennia-old traditions.
- 🍵 Utensils: Gaiwan or a small clay teapot (100-150 ml).
- 🌡️ Water temperature: 85-90°C.
- 🌿 Brewing: 5-7 grams per 100-150 ml of water.
- ⏱️ First infusion (“awakening”): 5-10 seconds, discard immediately (do not drink). This opens up the leaves.
- 💧 Subsequent infusions: Start with 15-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds with each new infusion. Withstands up to 7-10 infusions.
